Guardiant is fully supported on 64-bit operating systems with one exception: there is a single-file size limit of 2GB. That means that if any single file exceeds 2GB on your system, we cannot currently back it up. Note that this does NOT include folders larger than 2GB, only individual files. Most people will not have individual files this large, but if you know that you do, please back those files up onto an external hard drive to keep them safe.
If you think that you might have a file that is larger than 2GB and would like to know for sure, you can use Folder Size to scan your entire computer and see which files are larger than 2GB. It is a free tool, and you might find it useful for other uses as well, such as seeing where all the space is being used up on your computer.
