Firewall conflicts with the backup software.

Our backup software is designed to be a client-to-server solution, so that your computer is always the one contacting our server.  This cuts down on the potential firewall conflicts that you might encounter, but in some circumstances, certain firewall programs may still be blocking your computer from talking to our server.  Have your IT person check that the following ports are open and not blocked, and if you need help, feel free to give us a call.

Firewall Port:  32276 and 32277
