Security product conflicts with backup software.

In this day and age, you can never be too careful with anti-virus and anti-spyware software, which is why most products would rather be safe than sorry.  The problem is, sometimes good security software gets a little too careful, and starts interfering with products like our backup software.  The best solution is follow the manufacturer's instructions for marking our software as "safe."  Our software is installed as a system service, and runs under the name "gbserv.exe" in your computer's process list.  Marking this file as safe in most any security software will solve any related problems.  Feel free to contact us if you don't know how to take care of this.
