The sad fact of Windows computing is that sometimes, you just have to reboot.  We've found that 99% of our customers' problems are solved simply by rebooting their computer.  Our backup software does rely on a few key Windows components, and if those stop operating correctly, then so will our software.  A reboot is the best way to re-initialize all Windows components, and our software as well.  If this still doesn't solve your problem, please contact us.
